I am really less interested in blame and more in understanding and solutions. I didn't actually say Netanyahu funded Hamas - I said he propped Hamas up. And he did so at the expense of a possible two state solution, which would have perhaps averted war and brought peace. He turned down meetings with people working for peace shortly before the attacks. His behavior doesn't show a love for the people of Israel, nor a respect for human life, for children on either side. This only needs to be said because I have already asserted that I believe Hamas is a terrorist group.

Agree. However, I do believe that people who continue us to shift blame away from Hamas towards Netanyahu have a larger agenda that includes dehumanization of Jewish people and that this kind of focus is fueling hate towards Jews all over the world which I think is dangerous and has serious ramifications. Right now the world should be outraged at Hamas and their decades long campaign against Palestinian civilians and Israel and also against Peace and a two state solution. Bringing up Netanyahu is like mentioning a banana peel on an ice skating rink when someone slips and falls.

If you've read my comments thoughtfully, do you really believe I am trying to dehumanize the Jews? I am instead trying to humanize everyone, for so much dehumanization has already taken place.
