5 events for your calendar. I hope.

Okay, I’m not going to ask you to come to ALL the events I have coming up. There are just too many. It’s crazy. But I want to flag a few that you can support or attend, virtually or in person!

1. September 17th at 11:30 am ET: Virtual or in-person event with the Streicker Center at Temple Emanu-El with Renee Fleming. More info here.

   

2. October 1st: Our in-person Petite Retreat and launch event for On Being Jewish Now is happening in midtown Manhattan (location to be sent to attendees), sponsored by Book of the Month Club and Citizens of Humanity. You can attend the morning OR afternoon session, and then everyone is invited to the cocktail party. 40+ contributing authors will be there! More details here. 3. November 3rd from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm: In-person and virtual event at Zibby’s Bookshop, Santa Monica, CA, for the launch of On Being Jewish Now with 16 contributing authors! (Virtual will be 5 pm - 5:30 pm.) More details here.

4. November 18th at 11:30 am ET: Virtual and in-person event with the Streicker Center at Temple Emanu-El for On Being Jewish Now with a panel of five contributors followed by an optional lunch with 20+ contributing authors. More details here.

   

5. November 18th at 6 pm ET: Okay, this is a little embarrassing… but I’m being honored with the Extraordinary Women Award 2024 by the 92NY. The other honorees include Marcella Hymowitz, Melissa Walker, and my close friend Erin Pond Friedland! Would you consider supporting the event by buying a ticket, attending, or donating in my honor?!
