Make listening daily a habit.
Pick a time in the day where you can have the episode playing in the background. Maybe it’s when you’re getting ready in the morning. I mean, we all get dressed, right?! Maybe it’s during your daily walk. Your commute to work. When you’re cooking or folding the laundry or taking a lunch break from your job or at your desk paying bills. Maybe it’s when you’re watching your kids’ sports from the sidelines or waiting for them to fall asleep. Or maybe it’s during the workday with headphones to get through an unpleasant task. But pick a time. Morning rush. Afternoon lull. Right before bed.
Set a daily alarm on your phone to remind you to listen.
Add the time to your calendar.
Enlist your book club or your spouse or your friend to do this fun experiment with you.
Subscribe in your favorite listening app so the episode automatically loads and notifies you.
